We are proud to announce an all-star cast of speakers for our introductory video this year: This year we have Will Wright, Baiyon, Gonzalo Frasca, Brenda Garno Brathwaite and John Romero introducing Global Game Jam 2012.

The GGJ countdown begins. In less than 3 weeks, we are expecting as many as 10,000 people across the globe in over 44 countries to meet up in their favorite locations on January 27 to 29th, 2012. We are set to break all records from any previous GGJ event!

We can’t wait to see more from our 200+ jam sites who are organizing this event. Expect to see more media featuring greetings from GGJ teams across the world

The game music will be done by the talented Mikael Bauer and the game will contain lots of tracks
